the Colombian educational system RIGHTS OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN

empowered and empowered class of Colombia, the bourgeoisie, used excessive cynicism all superstructural apparatus to ensure the structural stability of the socioeconomic system.
En sus respuestas puede percibirse el low, distorted management or no theoretical or social issues that everyone should know. Functional illiteracy over the culture imposed by media plus lessons of corruption, violence and immorality in theory and practice taught by leading exponents of the government. So we have been building the social prototype of Colombia. If words are a reflection of thought, easily conclude that we are very poor, very dependent owners little conceptual and ethical baggage. No doubt the responsibility that fits to education for these shortcomings.
Let's start with the education of children. If some and others have the freedom to profess a religion with which to identify why they are not first provides a comprehensive framework conceptual information about the origin and evolution of different religions, omitting trials value or in part outside of historical objectivity. At this point it is necessary to decide which rights should prevail: that of parents to impose on their children their own prejudices or their own beliefs or their children to receive complete and accurate information and to practice their own religion. In any case, before joining a membership or a particular religious person has to know and compare the very different alternatives offered in this regard.
The same should be extended to the field of philosophical and political ideas, which are usually ignored, biased or distorted by the educators themselves, as most of them lack the cultural and educational and comprehensive training from which can help their students through scientific and objective, to enable them to make independent decisions and conscious. Educators must be owners of a deep and extensive general knowledge. The education of our descendants can not be left in the hands of ignorant and dehumanizing. Educators need to be professionals of the highest human qualities and academic. Hence the need to reverse the current state of affairs, instead of multiplying the number of soldiers and police have increased tenfold and qualify to education professionals. The budget for education should be now assigned to the war, so-called defense, and vice versa.
Among the 10 principles of the Declaration on the Rights of the Child, proclaimed by the United Nations on November 20, 1959, reads:
Principle 7. "The child is entitled to receive education, which is free and compulsory, at least in the elementary stages. Be given an education which will promote his general culture and enable him, on the basis of equal opportunities, develop their abilities, his individual, his sense of moral and social responsibility, and become a useful member of society. ... .. "
Top 10" The child must be protected from practices which may foster racial, religious or any other . Must be educated in a spirit of understanding, tolerance, friendship among peoples, peace and universal brotherhood, and in full awareness that he must devote his energy and talents to serve their fellow " ( www.dhpedia.wikispaces.com )
This Declaration was ratified 30 years later, through the Convention on the Rights of the Child , "first legally binding international instrument to incorporate the full range of human rights: civil, cultural, economic, political and social. In 1989, world leaders decided that children should have a special convention designed exclusively for them, since children under age 18 require special care and protection that adults do not need. The leaders also wanted to ensure that the world recognized that children have human rights too.
The Convention sets out these rights in 54 articles and two Optional Protocols. Define basic human rights enjoyed by children everywhere: the right to survival, to full development, to protection from harmful influences, abuse and exploitation, and full participation in family life, cultural and social . The four fundamental principles of the Convention are non-discrimination, the dedication to the interests of the child, the right to life, survival and development and respect for the views of the child. All rights defined in the Convention is inherent to human dignity and harmonious development of all children. The Convention protects the rights of children by providing guidelines on health care, education and legal services, civil and social.
By accepting the obligations of the Convention (by ratifying or acceding), national governments are committed to protecting and ensuring children's rights and have agreed to be considered responsible for this commitment before the international community. The States Parties to the Convention are obligated to provide and implement all measures and policies needed to protect the interests of the child. " ( www.dhpedia.wikispaces.com )
In reviewing the development of curricula for different educational levels (basic, primary, secondary), there are inconsistencies between them and the Constitution. Although Colombia signed the Convention on January 20, 1990 and ratified one year later, on January 28, 1991, do not know the Committee on the Rights of the Child, ordained in Article 43 of the Convention.

The Colombian Constitution established in Article 27: "The state guarantees freedom teaching, learning, research and lecture ", but this is not true when teaching revolves around the Catholic or Christian ideas, leaving no room for alternative worldviews or contrary to these, when the goal was to expose teachers to other forms of interpretation of society and its evolution, when it is offered to students the variety of philosophical interpretations, political, economic, allowing them to form their own vision and its interpretation does not match that of their parents and teachers, when it requires underage learners to practice religious rituals, wear military uniforms and police or pay the service, without letting them choose for themselves, step violating Article 16 on the free development of personality, 18, "... the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion ..." 19, "... right to freedom of opinion and expression ... ", and 20, that" ... guarantees everyone the freedom to express and disseminate his thoughts and opinions, to transmit and receive truthful and impartial ... "

In order that Colombia and Democratic State "much hair for the bun", it must first should be equality and democracy.
