Volleyball is a team sport, which combines both physical and mental skills. A good volleyball player must not only be able to perform technically and physically in the field, but also to enhance their best skills to know to take greater control of their game and get better results. Every volleyball player should respond to certain global standards for every player, such as fitness, ability to receive and pass, jump, kick, among the highlights. However, depending on the position in which each player plays, the training addresses several specific areas which must deal with the athlete.
